Could just be the switch, mine was temperamental when i got it, swapped the switch and it works fine. Try swapping it for a switch you know works before busting your balls swapping the motor/reg.

i think i will take the door car an have a look see what the crack is. seems easy as you say. if the motor has gone will defo give you a shout craig!!

got the door card off, when i press the button i can hear a clicking in the door from where i presume the motor is but no movement??? whats up??

Sounds like the motors gone mate. I got one from 24/7 spares online for £46 delivered

yeah there is no movement what so ever so looks like il have to get that replaced i think shoudnt be too difficult.
