Electrical issues now with vcds results

I found a work mate with vcds and this is what it cam up with

These code i believe come up when the battery is disconected this was cleared but cam back on shortly after

But cars not shown any of the symptoms shown and starts fine
Could my issues be down to a bad ground/battery earth lead or battery relay
Any help with this is appreciated

Edit:- just found that when my demister light flashes ( google search suggest low voltage) if i switch the engine off and then restart the car it works again
