EML Light on

Recently bought and Cupra Ateca VZ2, done just over 4000miles In it, drove to brands hatch and back in it today (about 80 miles) got back in the car again to go out tonight and noticed the EML light is on but can’t seem to find much wrong with it other than the exhausts sounding a bit different than normal…. Can anyone help?

Also just before I noticed the EML was on, the infotainment system kept jittering and then turning itself on and off multiple times

Could be an electrical issue but you would need to et the car scanned for DTC's.
