Engine bay tidy up (pics?)

Hey, wanting to tidy up 1.9tdi PD150 engine. Firstly what cleaners do you lot use or what would say is the best way to clean the bay? Anyway, I'm wanting to silicone hose my car and add a catch tank, but I would like it everything in the same colour. I.e: blue/red. Has any of you done this? If so pics please? Would like to see some different colours before I start on mine. Thanks.

Mine will have a few changes soon, got Porsche engine and coolant cap, catch tank and the pipe from the tip to the maf is going blue silicone

Not bad, where can I get that filter from and how much?

Gunk spray on cleaner,an old paint brush,plenty elbow grease and a light spraying with the hose,followed with Meguiars Engine Dressing,a few hoses,oil cap,custom filter box & dipstick end,Bob's your uncle...
