hi buddy am in grimsby i no that it would be easier to get a cupra but ive spent far to much money on mine to get it the way i want it and i can bare to see it go to sum 1 else id rather get it crushed

from the look of the pic id say crush it anyway!a cupra isnt even nearly the same as a 1.4! you would be a mad man to do wat your thinking! also you could prob buy a cupra for the cost of the conversion alone! you need to think about it alittle more me thinks!

I had that setup on my 16v Scirocco, worked very well..

Dont bother with any conversions mate, sell your car and buy a cupra.. no questions about it
