Engine lag problems

Hi all, I have a problem with my seat ibiza 1.8 turbo, the car runs fine until it reaches normal running temp then when at normal running temp it struggles to go over 3k and loses power. it used to have kick behind it but it doesnt anymore. Engine sounds deeper and feels like it's juddering, does anyone know what the problem might be? Also the traction control light is permanently on. PLease help :-(

VAG-COM is your friend , have your car scanned for fault codes . but i sounds like your mass air flow sensor (maf) is shot, maybe check your coilpacks too
