Engine Noise

Hi

I have a strange noise coming from my car. When the clutch is pressed the noise dissapears. Anyone know what it is? Or If it'll cause any problems I the future. Heres a video :

I've done a little research and have come to the conclusion that it's probably the "thrust bearing" on the clutch?

Any ideas how much it is to replace? Inc labour

Have no idea what the DMF is but it looks like an expensive job. Only had the car three fecking weeks!

Car is only at 63k miles. I hardly put ANY pressure on the clutch and the noise stops?

Duel mass fly wheel i think....new clutch. Or put up withthe noise lol

Tempted to flog it. It's already burning a huge hole in my pocket. Just spent £70 getting the locks fixed. Exhaust is blowing despite the garage insisting "its meant to sound like that".

No idea what exhaust was fitted. It was the down pipe that was replaced. It's either a **** soldering job or the back box has gone as well

It might just need a bit of grease on it, but while your taking the box off, you might as well buy a new one for the price of them.. Not much for the part, but the labour could be a beeeaaatch!!
