EPC & EML on

Hi all,

I encounter a problem with my car, engine 1.4 TSI ACT 2014.
The car seems to be going well, without interruptions or other problems, with the exception of EPC and EML lights. Does anyone have an idea what it could be?

Error codes: P11C200 - Cam shift actuator outlet "B" Cylinder 2 - Circuit/Open
P105700 - Bank 1, Camshaft, Adjustment, Exhaust - Open Circuit.

In the past I had a similar problem, changing the turbo actuator and a solenoid. But it seems that the problem reappeared after about 2 months.
