Exeo glove box with not open

One of the kids where to heavy handed with glove box handle.ivr managed to get open with opening side panel and pressing button.now I'm. Looking for a fix to this the handle still locks with key but will not release the glove box to open I've heard there us a clip inside that can break just need to know how easy this is to replace and where to.buy it from as most seat garages havnt got a clue

Hi Ipswich208 as the exeo interior is basicly from an Audi Cabrolet these links may help. then you should be able to get the parts (if you want new) through Audi parts departments as my local seat dealer told me that there are still quite a few items that they have to order through Audi as there are classed as "Dealer Only Parts"
