I used to run halfords aero blades on my old A4, quite cheap on trade, but didn't last that long.. then switched to getting them from my local TPS, being OE but on trade they were about the same price as the halfords ones, but lasted longer

Need some new wipers so resurrecting this thread.

1) Which ones - OE or Bosch or Bosch Aero or something else
2) Where's cheapest!

Cheers

To update based on some of my own research is that Bosch wipers seem to work fine for some but squeak like anything for others. I'm going to go with OE unless the price difference is to much. Some people say that OE may be made by Valeo which eurocarparts stock, but hard to get a confirmation of this!

Hi, just fitted 2 Bosch Aerotwin to my 2010 ST, originals started to get very squeaky. Bought for £26.99 on the Bay and are whisper quiet and do a very good job....Julian

Glad you've found a combination that doesn't squeak for you.

I've gone with OE ones, around a tenner more than bosch as not willing to take pot luck on the blades squeaking for me (which knowing my luck they would!).

Just fitted champion wipers "exact fit" onto my exeo and they look nowhere near as nice as the original seat ones. They don't have the nice plastic top that finishes off the fitment plus the fitting sits higher so the wipers look more visible from the inside. Anybody tried other brands that look like genuine seat ones?

I always buy genuine wiper blades, pattern parts are never as good and too many fakes on eBay in Bosch packaging!
£37 for the Exeo from TPS.
