Exhaust and Diffuser help please

I'm looking at getting this Diffuser for my FR CR170 '08 plate.

Anyone know if it will fit? Or maybe a better option?

Also, I know my exhaust is on the left; and I was looking at getting a centre exhaust,
Something like this.

Would they fit together? And would the exhaust be a direct swap or would I need to modify something?

Just realised that exhaust it a left exit, but I want a center exit.

Is it even possible to switch to a center exit exhaust?

Yes you can swap but probably not with that backbox and diffuser combination, the exhaust says 'not' for cupra, plus you can see the exits are too close together to accomodate the difusser section between them even if it was a centre exit
