Exhausts uk

Hi I'm looking for a custom exhaust and I have heard of exhausts uk in Sheffield. Has anyone got an exhaust from them recently and can provide feedback, pictures or videos or all if possible?

Are they a franchise? So there's many of them scattered about in the country. And therefore workmanship will vary. IF they are a franchise anyways.

Had some work done there many years ago, no real complaints but then all I was after was a replacement back box not a custom system, I have heard they do good work on custom systems though.

I am talking about the guys in Sheff too, didn't realise they had places elsewhere.

I thought there was only the guys in Sheffield. Thanks for the feedback. I've heard good and bad things about powerflow and longlife. Longlife have a centre in ashington which is near me so I was thinking of going there. Exhausts uk and longlife in ashington are my two best options

I have had one full system from them before on a Clio Sport the work was very good I had a flange corrode after 6 1/2 years which needed replacing. The only downside was the noise even with a sensible tail pipe after 6 months it was pretty drowny on the motor way, I could have had another silencer added.

I will have a another look but can not find one, it was nice and throaty on tick over but as said was just too loud on the motorway, i am sure if you speak to them they can adjust how loud the system will be though.

It was a full system 2.5", have you also thought about Milltek or Piper?

Not really. I just thought custom was the best route as I don't want if ridiculously loud. Just a bit more of a proper tone

i had one on my vw lupo done by exhausts uk about 4years ago was only a back box but i didnt have any problems with the system after it was fitted so i would recommend them.

sorry mate i have no pics due to scrapped the lupo through the scrappage scheme back in 2009 for a brand new citroen c2 which was a big mistake due to endless problems going wrong with it, so now back in VAG now with a mk5 ibiza. you cant go wrong with exhausts uk at all mate.
