What are the best aftermarket headlight bulbs available for the mk 2 leons, what is peoplesopinion on the xenon coloured bulbs available with a suggested 40% improvement on standard bulbs?
I have fitted the philips plus 80% bulbs to mine and they seem brighter than standard.
I got mine off ebay or you can get them from powerbulbs also I think.

No, they are not tinted but do give a whiter light off.
I had blue tinted on my last cupra and the light output was poor in my opinion so replaced them with osram silverstars which were lots better.

Philips 80%+ are very good and the light is a much clearer white light than standard. I upgraded my sidelights to philips blue vision ones afterwards as they looked a horrible yellow colour (comparably) afterwards, however they themselves do not actually look blue, just white.
Yes I did the same upgrade with sidelights.
If you wanted a tinted bulb then you could get the philips blue vision for dipped and side light too.

phillips 80's for me too, but if you think your lights are cr*p check the allignment as mine were missed on my PD check by some lazy f***er.
