Fabia VRS exhaust

Does anyone know if the back box has the same mounting points as a standard PD130 one? Also, is the pipe bore diametre the same so they can be cut and shut together? I have a garage that will do all the welding so thats not really a problem!

Has anyone done this before and got any pics? I very much doubt it can look any worse than not seeing any exhaust as it currently looks! On that note, does anyone know the part number of the pre-facelift FR rear valance so I can have the exhaust poke through? I may just mark the current out and carefully cut and sand it but if it is only £20 or so, I may just buy one!

I'd have thought it should fit! Practically same car isn't it? Bore diameter should be the same yeh.

octavia VrsTdi fits on a 1.2 12v.. just needed an adaptor

I'd like to hope it will fit - and cant really see any reason why it shouldnt but you know when you have that niggling feeling!

What kind of adaptor did you need to mate the octavia one? I guess you could fabricate one if need be!

i only needed an adaptor because the VrsTdi bore is 10mm larger than the 1.2 petrol + i didnt want a centre silencer..

the adpator is simple....a piece of pipe with a lip which is 10mm larger at one end and the right diameter at the other

well i swear the blueflame doesnt come made for the ibiza... only the fab vrs... which would mean they're slightly different... maybe ask a briskoda person?
