Would'nt imagine it would rub onto your clothes as the dye you buy for fabric is usually for clothes that are machine washable. My mum dyed a pair of trousers from cream to brown once and they turned out perfect lol

There was a thread with pics a few weeks back, a search should bring it up.

I was not all that impressed to be honest

that was by spray dying though and yeah they were a mess. Putting them in the wash with dye should make them even.

Try find a cheap seat from a scrappy and test it out on that ?

why? A bit of old fabric similar to the teture of the cars seats would just work the same if you don't trust the dying.

Personnally, if i had those grey seats i would'nt hesitate trying to dye them as they are horrific and would be getting changed either way!

Is there no company's on the net where you could post them the covers and get them dyed. Dunno perhaps ?

I think the boggy Polo or Skoda seats are better than the grey.

Those seats aren't too bad, you could have had the all-grey ones!

Damon my advice would to just wait for a good used set to come up on eBay or something. I know trawling around on eBay gets boring but you could end up with a nice interior for peanuts if you're lucky! Mine only cost £50 for the Sport seats.

There's currently a set of FR seats on eBay here but you need to get the guy to lower the price, he's asking for far too much money.

search 'ibiza interior' then narrow down the options. You will most likely have to chop and change the categories a few times so that you see them all.

Yeah I search Ibiza interior.

There's one guy trying to sell a set of the all grey seats for £200... absolute dreamer. They might be in perfect nick from a car that's only done 50k but I could only sell mine for £50 and they came out of a 35k car!
