Factory Bodykits 3/5 Door is there a difference?

Hi There everyone,
This is my first post on here so apologies if this subject has been up before. I have a 5dr sportrider and im looking to change some of the exterior styling. Possibly bocanegra front bumper, sport kit rear, spoiler and skirts. Which parts are the same for 3 and 5 doors? and which parts are specific to each? Any help appreciated

Welcome to the forum

The body kits are not the same for the 3 and 5 door. you will need the 5 door kit, the 3 door kit will not fit the 5 door.

Don't quote me, but I believe bumpers should be the same, and spoiler should be too.

If you want info on parts and prices, the best place to search/ask is in the dealer section of this forum. Sere Motors. You will get good prices there, and good info. There are a lot of people on here who would also recommend them

Just found the SEAT accessory catalogue - the part numbers of the rear bumpers are different but the front bumper part numbers are the same.


SO Skirts, spoiler and rear bumper are different between 3 and 5 door.

Thanks for that DEANO, very helpfull. I wonder what the difference is with the rear bumper. I can understand the skirts and spoiler but i would of assumed from the rear lights down over cars would be the same, or maybe its the shape of rear quarters where they meet bumper which are different

The 3 door and 5 door lights and tailgate are different so that will affect the bumper shape.

Look on eBay mate if your after 5 door bits

They look so close - i needed to check the brochure to be sure.

Like you - i would have said the bumper at least was the same.

yeh they do. after Id posted it, I wondered about the spoiler with it having a slightly different shape roof, but never thought twice about the bumper.

where did you find the accessory's brochure?

Positive spoiler different cause I bought cheap 5 door for mine and it didn't fit cant see why bumpers wouldn't tho

Rear bumper shape is dictated by the lights shape and the tailgate shape.

Lights and tailgate are different between 3 and 5 door cars.

Also - if you look in the accessory catalogue - the part numbers of the rear bumpers are different.

Am hoping than getting it cheaper than this have seen a few advertised elsewhere but everyone i have seen pics of doesnt seem to contain the black rear diffuser/exhaust surround and i cant seem to find this as a seperate item anywhere. Any ideas?
