Factory Fit Sat Nav

Hi,

Does anyone know where I might be able to get the factory fit sat nav for my Ibiza as I don't want to pay shed loads to get one from Seat.

I don't know if you can get them from Seat I asked about it at the local parts desk and just got back the answer that there isn't and has never been one. I took in a copy of the seat site with it listed, a photo of it (in a RHD car) and a part number and the bloke jsut said there isn't one. (Rather like the "new customers only" man)

yes it is possible to fit a colour satnav. Any VW MFD unit with version D or later and a 30 euro cable and hey presto you got sat nav and top notch radio.

The folk a Kufatec speak english so that helps.

On ebay UK and germany there are several people who sell MFD's

You have to have a D version or later, and the radio code card.

That link to kufatec is just for an adapter though.

Also does the colour of the sat nav clash with the orange lighting in the ibiza. Maybe im just being picky now...

Steve that is the right one. But there is nothing about a code card. Without the code the unit is worthless..!!!

Yes. And there is no way of getting hold of it without the orginal car chassis number etc.
