Fan always coming on, even when cold

Hi guys,
When my car is sat at idle, the fan intermittently comes on for about 10-15 seconds and goes off again. It does this even when the car is cold and not long started. Does this sound like a dodgy thermostat?
Temp when car is warmed up shows just under 90 degrees

I would say more like a failing thermo switch (for the fan). Not sure where its located though

Not sure if the same applies with your seat but heard of a similar issue on a vw caddy and that was caused by corroded terminals in the ebox, in the engine bay, this is also where the fan relay was situated on that vehicle
