im running the renault intercooler with 03s, water injection the usual air fiter zorst ect boost peaks at 1.5 bar (22psi) made 234bhp at jabba still running standard down pipe and cat!!!!!

did you use the same pipe work as bezzaboy or did you do something different and how did you attach the intercooler to the crash bar?
