My lease is up. I'm waiting for my VZ2 to be collected. She's had her last shampoo and her infotainment has been reset to factory settings. It took over a 9 months wait before she made her appearance but, boy, was she worth the wait. I've had a fabulous 4 years of driving; A roads, B roads or motorways, she was always ready for me to plant my right foot into the carpet and push me back into my seat with her 300+ bhp, holding me safely in those fantastic seats. Best car I've ever had.

As you may have guessed, I shall miss her.

Farewell my lovely. X

So what is the replacement going to be, after that brief review, and by the way my Leon has given me the exact same satisfaction and that's why I will be keeping it for the foreseeable.

I don't suppose you mind devolving how much the total lease over 4 years cost you?

I purchased my used VZ2 in full so I know I lost about £6-7k instantly but after 3 years the depreciation has been fairly gentle.

Just trying to work out where the sweet spot was and if outright purchasing is still the most cost-effective in an apples-to-apples cost of borrowing comparison.
