Faulty door lock or setup?

Hi have a quick question. Just bought my mk2 cupra and of course well pleased, but annoyingly when pressing open door on the fob, it doesnt open the rear doors. i have to press the open button about 6 or 7 times before the rear doors unlock. I have a rosstech cable so can I make these adjustments via vagcom? if so does it need to be done thorough coding or elsewhere? have looked at other threads but have only found ibizas, hence my question.

Sounds like you have single door open on first press and the rest on second press. This can be changed in VCDS and there is a "hot to" in the Leon section. I find mine has to have to distinct presses of the fob or else it doesn't happen.

thanks, the responsiveness seems to have improved over the last day or so, now after the second or third click the back doors open, but you have to press pretty firmly. the car was stood on a forecourt for 6 months so maybe the fob got a bit rusty anyway will try to get the rosstech plugged in sometime next week as need to do an oil change as well, but first need to get a berlingo ready for its mot and have to fit some suspension parts tomorrow so the cupra will have to wait.
