finding a earth

whats the best and fastest way of finding if i have a bad earth and which one it is ?

i went over a speed bump and my heater fan went off and back on now it will not work at all and my clock keeps reseting to 000

Have you tried checking the battery?

but everything else works now when i turn the fan on the radio goes off but the fan still not working
