Finding hole for cable

Which is the easiest way to get the cable from the camera through the bumper into the car, are there some rubber holes you can use

That looks like a camera that replaces the number plate light, if that's the case you can route it with the cables for the light.

I don't have any pictures but there's 2 grommets on either side where the wiring for rear lights are. It's impossible to miss once the bumper is off.

I had hoped to avoid removing the entire bumper, wondering if you remove the taillight and then pull down a wire that you can catch the camera cable and pull it up to the rubber grommets
