Another reverse camera question

Hi all, I've bought the reverse camera kit that uses the reg plate light. I've no problems connecting up and feeding to the boot. Is it possible to access and feed through to the reg light without removing the bumper?
The weather is shocking and only have limited times when I can sort it.

Yes it’s possible if you’re patient enough, no it isn’t recommended. The wiring needs to be secure. Ratting around risks it rubbing through on the crash bar/other sharp edges

If you’re putting a camera in the reg light, you’re doing 95% of the work. The extra 5% to do it as it would be from the factory involves a small square hole in the bumper between both reg plate lights
