First service suggestions?!

Hi all,

Got my first service due very soon, reckon I should take it to dealers for 1st one or do you reccomend anywhere else that will probably be far cheaper?

In Essex. (SS14) Willing to travel a little but mainly after finding out if going to dealer is beneficial in any way over another garage.

No real benefit in going to a dealer over a good independent.

Some people will prefer to see a official dealer stamp when buying a car, but most will be happy with a good independent

If your worried about warrenty just tell the garage to use seat parts only, my local garage always ask me that automatically when I book it in anyway.

Ah yer, now i see!
The best place i can recommend in Southend is down Sutton Road near the old grey hound track, the place is a Porsh specialist though its not a rip off, guy is a friend of the family for years and is a decent honest mechanic.

I was down Clacton last weekend as it goes but will be working over the weekend so wont be able to make the meet I'm afraid! But thanks anyways.
