I've ordered some Meguiars Quick Detailer with the mild clay bar from polished bliss, gonna detail the car on the weekend, is the following an orite procedure:

Two bucket method via lambs wool wash mitt with Meguiars NXT car wash,
then dry with microfibre cloth,
clay using Meguiars Quick Detailer as lubricant followed by the mild bar
then wait to dry (im i right here, wait to dry  )
then polish with Autoglym super resin polish, followed by Nattys paste blue wax to give deep wet look

o yeh the cars black

DOnt let the paintwork dry,

keep it wet/QD'd at all times,

then wipe with MF cloth

after the the car will want washing again to get rid of any clay residue

then srp

nattys

i used their cutting polish/cleaner stuff on our new Murano and I dulled the paint. Was well dissapointed.

Swissol to the rescue. Was in storage in the UK and got some friends to dig it out and send it over. Jobs a good 'un

sorry andyb 'their cutting polish/cleaner stuff' you mean poorboys cutting polish?

That's where I got my stuff from too!! Got him to detail my Dad's car last year. Him and Clark are brill and really know their stuff.

The acrylic suited my needs better last year on the old car and I'll finish it off on the new one and see what is what!
