Im not concerned with costs im just looking to see if anyone knows what work would be involved in making a wheel that is

18 x 8.5
offset: 30
PDC: 5 x 114.3

to fit a mk2 leon cupra

I understand that this just might not be possible at all but im wondering if anyone knows what work would be required to do this

thanks for any info you guys might have

The 30mm offset wouldn't be ideal on the Leon as they will stick right out. Probably look good on the back but not a chance on the front. It would probably make the car tramline like mad and you'd have to be really careful with kerbs.
You can get the backs of the hub part of the wheel machined down on a lathe though, but it's a bit of a specialist job and is going to cost you a few quid unless you have a friend with the proper kit and skills.
I think you will also struggle to find hub adaptors in the right size, I've seen lots of Porsche to VW/Audi fitment along with 5x112-5x100 PCD but not the 114mm, wobble bolts may be okay but I wouldn't recommend using them on a really powerful car; you need to check the cente bore diameter too, should be 57.1mm
