Fitting new wheels and tyres

Hi! I have a 2016 Seat Ibiza Cupra Black with standard 215 40 R 17 wheels and summer Bridgestone Potenza tyres. I need to buy some winter M&S wheels with tyres. I have been offered some Seat wheels of an earlier model they are 215 40 R 17 87Y XL tyres - Nokia’s WR M&S - and the wheels are 5x100 Nav 57/1 with an offset of ET38 - they were apparently fitted to an earlier 2011 Seat Cupra bocanegra. My current standard Seat wheels have an offset of ET44. The question is - with this ET difference of 6mm will these wheels and tyres fit and is there any downside to fitting them?

You’ll be fine mate, basically the same as fitting a 6mm spacer, it’ll make no difference
