Fitting Spoiler to Mk2 Pre-Facelift

Hi guys, found this spoiler, thinking of being cheeky and asking mother for it for my birthday...

Few questions though, is it bolted/glued? If it's removed will it ruin the paintwork that was on it before?

Also, I assume it comes primed and not painted, would I be able to get somone to wrap it to save money or would painting be the only option? It would be gloss black either way to match my red/black theme...

I don't think it will be a bolted spoiler so I would use tigerseal to bond it but once it goes off I wouldn't like to try and remove it
