FK coilovers: Silverline or Silverline X

Is it worth paying the extra for adjustable shocks?

How 'stiff' are the non-adjustables on the Silverline? Will they reduce body roll by a great amount?

I will use the car for road use 99% of the time (but maybe the occasional trackday).

Any help much appreciated

I went for the Silverline's as i didnt think i would ever need to alter the hardnees of them, the stiffness is just as good as the standard stuff, definately more planted but not as crashy, and it handles like its on rails

I have Silverline x's...i thought that id never really touch the dampers but went for them anyway! Have toyed with the froons two or three times!!
