Flywheel & Clutch replacement cost?

Any ideas what it will cost to replace these, just been given the bad news that I need a new flywheel

I got quoted about £1300 fitted for an uprated flywheel and clutch, I'm pretty sure that non uprated ones are about £600 to £700 fitted

ECP do sachs flywheel an clutch kit for around £350 inc vat.
Think its about 2.5 hrs labour to remove an refit
