Fog lights

Can anyone please tell me where the switch for the fog lights is at, as standard on a mk3 ibiza 1.4s
on mine its a red switch beside the hazard lights but it looks like the prev owner has installed this themselves.

im not sure but it its like a leon its the same nob as turning on the headlights. except you put the nob out for fogs, not twist as you do for headlights.
