Fog & turn signal bulb LEd retrofit

dear all

changed the rear turn signal bulb from halogen to led along with front fog light, it show some error in mib

any coding or adaptation to do it ?

Generally if you have a led light already in the circuit it's got the protection not to set an error... that's the story. I changed the non face lifted Ateca ones no issue in the thread but I did check the bulbs were Canbus OK before I bought them. If they are not sold as Canbus OK then you are into fitting a resister, more messy.

If the warning light remains on if you switch back to halogen bulbs as a test, then you do need to try to clear those with say Obdeleven. If the warning light goes away then it's the resistance in the bulb isn't correct / Canbus warning us being triggered.
