Folding mirror problem

My 2012 fl Leon has developed 2 problems, the drivers floding mirror will not move from the folded position makes a horrible noise and won’t move the second is my rear parking sensors make a loud beep when in reverse then stops working any help would be great

My folding mirrors are busted too, but it’s the passenger side that does it. Once it goes up it doesn’t come down for a good few days, again with that noise.

My passenger door doesn’t unlock/lock most of the time either, apparently all the electrics are somewhat connected so keep an eye out for your doors not locking properly etc.

As far as solutions I know I need a new door lock module and it’s not guaranteed to fix the fold by mirrors, posting in here for extra info notifications (hopefully).
