just a though the car with were they bought by people rather than garages or company cars

Yeah, sometimes when a lease company buys a lot of cars they have extras deleted to keep the costs down.

My 02 Cupra T has heated mirrors but they don't fold. My 54 Cupra R has heated and mirrors that fold.

Can't believe its not std on a Cupra (R/FR/etc) when it comes as standard on any Toledo SE (V5, TDI and 20v's) just doesn't make sense when the Cupras are the top of the range model! Love my foldy mirrors :p

BTW do Cupra's have cruise as standard as well cos the Leon TDI SE was swizzled by not having it as us Tolly owners have it as std :p

My 05 TDI 130 SE has cruise control.

mines a 2001 cupra model and has heated and folding mirrors,I know they are heated as had to take back off drivers door mirror and wire connected to back of mirror.turned on ign and rear window and within seconds could start to feel heat off mirror back

this is strange cos my mate has a 1.6 leon and his has folding mirrors but my 53 reg cupra doesnt have folding mirrors i was thinkin if i got the folding mirror switch would it work on mine ??

2001 LC - Foldy only, no heating when the rear de-mister is switched on - is this right..?

se and cupra r leons have electric folding mirrors standard
cupra has electric adjustable but folding is optional so if uve seen folding on an s that must mean that it is optional on all leons
remember that se is top of the range leon cupra r is flagship so
the cupra is only gonna be 1 step up from s.
cupra is only for upgraded mechanical set up

w reg 110 tdi SE (folds and heats)
x reg 180 Sport (Folds and Heats)

while im here however im looking at upgrading my mirrors to the facelifted mirrors (MY03) but dunno if the have same fixings and fittings? also are the electrics the same? if any one can answer is it possible to get some part No.s for the new mirrors? cheers.

I've upgraded my '00 cupra with heaty/foldy mirrors to MY '03 mirrors heaty/foldy, no problems its plug & play.
Only the pavement mirror option. when reversing , is gone with the swap

this is soo confusing, it appears that seat just put them on some but then couldnt be borthered with the rest. Maybe it was time for a siesta!

Mine is a 53 plate cupra and has no folding mirrors but they are heated. My friends german spec LC has these allong with headlamp washers and part leather / alcantara seats. are these even a UK option??
