Forge 007dv or Split-R Valve?

am hopefully getting a tax rebate from work on friday......touch wood! and am looking at fianlly getting a dump valve for my petrol cupra, and i am stuck as to which one to get

which one...if any...is better for the car or are they the same?

am not really fussed as to how loud they are, but i would like to be able to hear a whoosh when changing gear

The split R is around £50 more than the 007!

Depends whether you want the atmospheric dumping noise and are willing to pay the extra?
