my LCR has been remapped by jabba and i hold about 23psi and i have the green spring!

should i get a yellow one?

im still non the wiser... most ppl (bill etc) say the green one is fine, as far as i know my DV is not dumping too early (i cant really hear it tho!) so therefore i gues i shouldnt bother getting a yellow spring?!

but then again u reccommend i do on ur website!

im confused!

just spoke to you richard and u said i should stick with the green spring! :)

it also depends on who you speak to @ Forge as to what answer you get..
heard some conflicting things from customers who had spoken to various peeps @ Forge..

My own experience and test is what I go by.
Not all coded springs are created equal is one thing I would add, so maybe one "green" spring is not as strong as another "green" spring at some point in time. (previous suppliers etc etc) - Seem fine to me and more or less consistent (*cough* actuator green spring aside)

also just to add... richard is sending me a free service kit too :)

wen i service my DV il also be fitting it back the other way round to see if it increase the dumping noise  :)

If you need a new spring you'll know! uprating the spring won't increase boost or make a car thats working fine work even better. If you're car is not running right, you may need a new spring. If its running nice and smooth then you don't, and if you uprate it when its not needed, it may dump less than is actually required!

i did bother... i had to hear the sound!

as u say, wat a joke!

i was surprised how much louder it actually was... shame it sounds lame tho! :(

i refitted it the normal way and it sounds ever so slightly louder now its been serviced... sounds how it did when i first fitted it a year ago! :)

i dont know if its me being paranoid or wat... but somehow i think the throattle responce may have been ever so slightly better with it reversed?!

anyone else find this?

cant be doing with that gay noise tho!

james :)

I found mine dumped a bit too early with it reversed, even with the yellow spring, after a remap. Once I turned it back, my "premamture" boost issues were much better
