Forge DV Spring Kit

Well i think i may be having a problem with my Forge 007 DV (it might not but ill tell you the problem)

First of ill tell you what my car has , Fitted to the car on my Leon Cupra R so far is -

Forge 007P with Green Spring (This was fitted when i got the car) - (might need a service?)
N249 Bypass (all plumming removed part from block and nothing is blocked off)
DV Cold Relocation Kit
Forge Alloy Boost Pipe

Basically whats happening is when im in 6th gear (as this is only where i notice it) when just keeping the speed at about 70 i hear a weird tshh sound .. but gradually like something is leaking , if i then put on the power , it dyes out then i hear the DV dump (which is good).

basically im not sure what is wrong but im thinking its the DV considering it was moved after fitting the DV relocation kit

basically im wondering how i know if i need a different spring or what? etc?? i dont really paticularly wnat to ruin my turbo :S lol

It's best to run the yellow spring on an LCR so this is something I'd change straight away.

Theres a Spring Kit on Forge's Site , basically just unscrew top (bit with small hole) take out spring and put in new spring.

for servicing , theres also a kit , i found a random guide on the internet here for it

If you're remapped maybe but green is fine for stock boost

On the LCR 225 I find it runs a lot better with the yellow spring even on standard map.

noooo idea about boost tbh..... or bhp, roughly bout 235 to 240 bhp maybe?!!?

So if you had a remapped LCR would it a be a higher rated spring again for stage 1 or even 2?

Maybe not a higher rate spring but I'd say shims would be needed.

It all depends on the BHP and boost.

thats what i might do since im on standard , still use the green spring but use a spacer or 2 and see what happens , basically ahve a play between Green - yellow and see what feel best or works best
