Forge Golf TIP - Good Or Bad?

Is it the little takeoff just near the MAF end? The Forge TIP I used to have had one. The one Jonah used (on same car) to have didn't. They had to poke a hole for it.

F*** all to do with traction control, if you ask me. (But I've never looked to see where the line goes - )

Its one of the lines I was going to remove (when my resistors arrive. )

Theres a metal joiner betweem the elbow and the TIP now....

Nope. After shows the filter connected to the MAF.

haha oh yes what a tit, I was reading it left to right like the way you look at it, tip and filter didnt even register


Anyway, im thinking of getting the forge filter like dan cupra R and wondered if i should swap the maf around

nah you were right it was my bad,
I was reading it as tip joiner elbow maf filter so was just looking where the words were in conjunction with the pics and taking no notice what they actually said

iirc its a 70mm elbow. Just measure the OD of the MAF connection.

Ive got the golf one on mine. All i had to do was blank off an extra connection which is next to the SAI valve and trim a bit off the turbo end

Lol, my N75 is mounted in the other port that you've blanked off.

Strange, i've always had mine there, it seems to sit nicely on the valve when i had it. lol.
