Hi I'm looking to get a front mount for my ibiza but not sure which one to buy out of the two and just wondered what over people thought of the two I like the look of the pro alloy pipe work in the engine bay but I don't no anything about the two some suggestion would be great.

Neither they r way to over priced lol unless money aint a problem :p

Most guys get the £250 uni one off eBay i got one does the job and at a fraction of the price.

Depends how far with tuning you are going forge or universal is good up to ko3s or possibly hybrid
Pro alloy is rated at over 500 bhp this is what I have as IMO the forge us too ' in your face' for me

Yeah was going to get a k04 after Christmas so pro alloy sound good and i never been keen on universal front mounts were did you get your from I did email jabbasports but they never got back to me for a price or anything

Have you contacted pro alloy themselves ?
I got mine second hand under a year old too bargin!
Sometimes better to ring these companies to get a direct answer

Some universal eBay ones might look the part but when tested on a dyno you'll find intake temps just keep rising where a properly manufactured and design one would be much better. IMO if ya wanting a good reliable and cheap cooler go for a stock evo 4-9 one there good for 500 bhp on a Eco so a k04 set up it'd work really well.

Most prob just get the pro alloy don't really want a universal one and the pro alloy looks like it fits in quite nice and not in your face like every one said

Really? That suprises me. I thought the uni coolers were quite in your face and forge one is subtle... (With mesh)

Yep never seen one with mesh !
That's why I have a pro alloy it can be concealed behind the mesh for a more oem look

the core was good as I recall (good enough for k0x turbos) but the twin routing lost it vital pressure along the way. Addo had it converted to single pass and it worked well thereafter
