Iam sorry if its been mentioned before (done a search and cant find anything about the Forge RS Valve).. any way ive been offered one for a good price, has anyone had/got any experience with one? Its came off a Golf and going on my LC. Thanks

I wouldn't bother TBH
If you do go for it you'll need to change the hoses to allow for the larger capacity
Most people even with big turbo upgrades ie 350 bhp have either 007p or split R ones
Unless your getting it free or with the hoses for 1.8T engine then don't bother
