ive just this minute put mine on ive got the 20 vt leon not LCR screwed ratchet in all way and then back 5 clicks its runnin standard apart from de-cat pipe and engine management lights come on am well pissed off any idea lads?

Get it VAG COM'd to get the error code, it's probabley the de-cat that has put the light on, or you have'nt set the DV up right.

cheers DK ive had cat on for a few days then got the split r today cars been fine until the dv went on it seems to still go in every gear but the enginemanagement light cums on i mite just put it to fully circlating dunt sound nice neway
 
every thing sorted now got vag com on the laptop no engine mangement light either was a boost leak proberly from the DV changed it to full recirclating ur rite would be better melting it down to door numbers but with the credit crunch not a good idea lol any of u lot from round south yorkshire area?

Once fitted turn the top till it stops clicking.
Make sure you fit it the right way round to, It sits on it's side

Blimey this is an old thread :)
I'm not too sure as I swapped mine for a 007 quite a while ago, I think it clockwise till it stops clicking, as for the amount of click's I haven't got a clue I'm afraid, it will also depend how much boost you are running.
