What about the front ones ?

Well you need to drill 3 holes in total to fit the front ones, 2 x 6mm & 1 x 9,5mm (I used a10mm which was fine). 1 of the 6mm holes is drilled from underneath. You may be able to do 2 of them by turning the wheels to full lock but it would be tight. My drill was too long to get in straight and I didnt want to risk scuffing the wheels. If you've got one of those 90° angle drill adapters then it may be possible without removing the front wheels. I've not got one though.

That's mad, why make the front ones so difficult , they sound like an after thought

Yeah you're right, very little thought gone into them but they look fine once fitted. Back ones seem to fit better though imo, but arguably the front ones are more important.
