Two immediate thoughts on these,
1, They are just infilling some of the silver panels so if they were copper you would have a silver border around each sticker as well as the outer rim remaining silver.
2, Is a vinyl sticker going to stand the test of time on a wheel?

I am just about to embark on this but I am making my own from 10 year good quality vinyl, I sorted the sizes out and made a pattern and a mate has a vinyl cutter, the cost including some copper pin stripe tape for the perimeter £11.00 - I admit it I`m a cheap skate, the benefit of this any damage on the wheel not that I indulge in that sort of thing its easy to replace and warm the vinyl with a hair dryer and its easy peel.
Just waiting om mate and then need the time to fit - so much to do with so little time!
