Formentor VZ - does it pop & bang?

Hello to all Formentor VZ users!

I have watched tones of videos and reviews of the car, but still have very mixed feelings about the exhaust note. I wanted to ask - in which modes, rpm ranges and other particular conditions VZ would pop and bang? How frequent / noticeable are those? Are valves open only in Cupra mode or in particular rpm range?

My feeling is that you need to force it a little to sound aggressive, but I would love to hear user's perspective.

(obviously I am not referring to fake engine sound generator).

Valves are open when car is warm and in Sport or Cupra modes. Pops usually happen when you quickly let off the gas in mid rpm range (3000-4000). I haven't heard them from outside but inside the car they can be heard but it is not very loud, it's slightly muted by the sound insulation of the car.

All of these are from my test drive. I'm waiting on my order to arrive.
