Not according to SEAT.
CUPRA: Maximum speed (mph) 153 Acceleration 0-62 mph (secs) 6.4
FR: Maximum speed (mph) 142 Acceleration 0-62 mph (secs) 7.3
FR/DSG: Maximum speed (mph) 142 Acceleration 0-62 mph (secs) 7.2
FR TDI: Maximum speed (mph) 135 Acceleration 0-62 mph (secs) 8.2
To be definitive though, you'd need all the cars on a closed circuit and a speed trap to time them all and what speeds they reach. And then time every gear change too. Not something that would be easy to setup.
I've not driven the FR DSG, i've drove the FR TFSI and its certainly quick but not quite as quick as the Cupra. But the difference is hard to notice. The Cupra is still very tight when its new and doesn't deliver all its power. Mine has reached over 1500miles now since new, and its really loosened up and is much quicker.
