FR stuck in transport mode

Not very happy, so I thought I'd have a rant...

Was supposed to pick up my new FR on Saturday, but told there was transport problems getting it to my dealer, so had to wait until this morning.
But, got a call from the dealer this morning, apparently my car is stuck in transport mode, so everything's locked or shut down and basically nothing will work... Seat have apparently supplied the wrong code(s) so they can't get anything on the car to unlock.
The dealer told me I've now got to wait until Thursday morning to collect the car as they have to wait for a disk from Germany to be able to unlock everything.

Just want to know if I'm being completely messed about or they genuinely can't do anything?!

Odd, not heard if that before.

Normally transport mode is just deactivated with diagnostics, just click turn off and it's done.

If it were me - I would just pop in to the dealers just to have a look round the bodywork and so on.

Sounds a little like a stalling tactic -

I thought so, it shouldm't take all this effort and messing around, but I'll ask someone at work tomorrow and see what they say...

Yeah sounds that way, wouldn't be suprised if something else hasn't gone wrong by Thursday, but we'll see I guess.

I wish! I think the car's round the back of the dealer, so can't even see it.
Either that or it's not even there yet....

Take a trip up the dealers and ask to see it mate, any self respecting dealer won't mind showing you
