Anyone coloured the bit above the grill to give it the cupra look??? i have red one and was wondering if anyone has found any satin black stickers or something other than painting it?? to cover the bit above number plate and to the sides of it, cheers.

Is this what you had in mind? Sold in packs for the "b" pillars on some random renault. Posh sticky back plastic.
I would post a pic but am not allowed to- even though i have on a couple of previous threads.

I did it to mine, did the top bit and the bottom red lip, only charged me £20 at my local spray shop and I think it looks loads better! :)

I bought one already like it off of Ebay, think it was seresmotors on here selling them though..

Was a pain in the arse to chance, should have been a five minute job but I just couldn't get the clips out on mine!

I’m looking to get a few stone chips and a bloody replacement side skirt jack point cover painted in a few weeks. Looking at yer pics, I would be fool not to get the black work done at the front as you have done, at the same time. Looks amazing, very subtle but makes the motor that bit more aggressive...

Would you mind telling me what type of black paint you used (matt, gloss, colour code etc) or was it just a black that the body shop used...?

Many thanks and the motor does look quality!

just a detail thing but my painter didnt paint the underneath far enough back, the silver car is the same. the lip you can see 'disappears when its also done black.

you mean when done properly it looks like this:
