On my Leon i use the K&N filter replacement. I didn't just put it straight in though. I blotted it first with some kitchen roll to ensure it wasn't over oiled. No probs so far with it.

I now have an FR, so I will look into a filter. Its been superchipped which isn't helping the clutch.
