To be honest I'd be doing it myself. That does seem quite pricey if it's just for pads. If it was for discs aswel then id say go for it lol
 
Do it yourself if you can. You can get a decent make pad for around £30 a set. Should take the average person less than an hour
 
Tbh don't have the tools jack etc and not 100% sure they need replaced. Braking isn't completely smooth so i want pads etc checked as i have a drive down south soon. So just wondered if the quoted price was reasonable-ish.
 
It's not exactly cheap, just give local garages or halfrauds a ring and get some quotes, only takes 10 mins. I had to get my rear pads and discs done at halfrauds cos I didn't have time to do them myself before I went on holiday, cost me about 140 for the pleasure :mad: but it's what you pay if you don't diy. Tbf they put mintex on at least.
